Ghee (clarified butter) and plain white rice are the most basic of Indian components – so I thought I’d put up some quick outlines on how to make ghee at home and how to make fluffy plain white rice.
Ghee has a wonderful flavour and brings a richness to Indian food that butter and oil can’t. Equally, having stodgy rice is never going to be crowd pleaser and can really ruin a beautiful curry. Hopefully you find these skill recipes useful!
