Vegetarian Dishes

Indian cuisine is famous for its variety of vegetarian dishes.  Although I’m not vegetarian myself, I could happily live on vegetarian food alone in India – it’s that flavoursome.  Feel free to comment and make requests!

Aloo Gobi (Potato and Cauliflower Curry)
Chana Masala (Chickpea Curry)
Kichiri (Rice & Lentils)
Malai Kofta
Mutter Paneer (Peas & Cheese)
Pakora

  1. Wow that fabric – I have a dress made of etclxay the same print but in shades of green and taupe! It’s by Route 66 which is an Aussie repro label. Mine is a 50′s style full skirt dress with u-neck and buttons on the straps. It also has a black tulle petticoat attached to the skirt. So interesting that such a unique fabric can come up a second time like this (I bought my dress years ago) – I wonder where it’s sourced from!

  2. Ruined mayonnaise is a sad sight. Just broekn and oily ;-) That would be fun to rescue home cooks around the city! However, as a New Yorker, part of the Youtube clip would be me asking if what the rent was, if the unit was rent-stabilized, and if they had to pay a broker’s fee. You would then probably have to watch me flush the toilet and open a tap (check for water pressure) before asking if they could put me in touch with their landlord just in case their neighbor upstairs moves to a assisted living community. Then I would rescue the mayonnaise!;-)
