Quick, easy and healthy – Roti Rollups
Ok, ok, ok, so not really an Indian dish, again, but something that we do quite a lot, especially if we have some leftovers and feel like something a little different. Roti-rollups are best made with fresh chaptis/rotis, but if you have some flour tortillas hanging around, they work just as well. Lots of vegetables and very filling – also, if your curry is a bit spicy, having the salads and raita helps to balance the flavours out. Anyway, enjoy!
