Murgh Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
My mouth is watering! I’m not a big drnkeir, and even when I lived in Italy for six weeks, I only had a sip of wine twice. Ick! But I’ve noticed lately that I really love the fruity, nutty, woody aromas of a few wines (not to mention whatever they use at Mass is delicious)! I want to learn to cook this summer, and I think experimenting with wine flavors without the overwhelming after taste of alcohol will really help. Thanks, Priyanka! I’m excited to try this.
