Lamb Madras

This is one of the few Indian dishes that has coconut in that I actually like – as a northerner, we rarely use coconut, but the combination of the coconut and tamarind really makes Madras a great dish to try.  Nice and easy to make and it goes great with all sorts of meat, especially the cheaper cuts like mutton or oxtail.  Enjoy!  Check out the full recipe!
