I’ve added a couple of dishes that a mild and comforting. Korma is a favourite amongst many people who aren’t used to the power of Indian spices – it’s a good gateway curry before you move on to stronger stuff. But the dish I’m most excited about is the humble ‘Kichiri‘ which is a real Indian comfort food – it’s full of goodness and easy to digest – my daughter ate heaps of the stuff when we took her to India and she was the healthiest out of the whole family. By the end of the trip everyone in the house was eating Kichiri 🙂
