By request, an Aloo Mutter (Potato and Pea) curry
Cheap, quick and tasty. If any of that appeals (and you’re not a sworn carnivore) then check out my new recipe for the traditional aloo mutter. You can make this with a thick gravy or, half the amount of water, and have it as a drier spiced vegetable mix (or sabzi). I will admit, I completely forgot to take a photo of the final product all served up because we were so hungry and it looked so good that I completely forgot – I’ll try and take a photo next time I make it.
